Three-year-old ARCTIC WIZARD shows good pace over 1200m. The drop to 1000m could see him get back to winning ways. He has won round the Durbanville track. GEM KING did beat him the last time they met and then wasn't disgraced against the best around. But he could just find the 1000m a bit sharp. THE ABDICATOR is quick and has run well here. He has drawn well and could be the one they will have to fetch. Watch out for NORDIC CHIEF who is effective over the distance and has drawn well. MUFASA is capable but he is racing after a rest.
